TAH pieces are crafted from the finest full-grain leather. Natural variations in color, texture, and character markings are inherent to full-grain leather and are a hallmark of its quality. These variations are expected and are not considered defects.

We are happy to accept returns for merchandise purchased on TAHBAGS.com that is unworn, within 14 days of delivery. An order number is required to process all returns and exchanges.

In-store purchases that are unworn and accompanied by an order number are eligible for exchange only, either for another TAH bag or a TAH gift card.

Sample styles are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

For international returns, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the total refund.

We design and craft our bags to be used, lived with, and worn in. Each piece is made from full-grain leather and built to develop character over time.

TAH offers a two-year quality warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a defect occurs within two years of purchase, we will repair the item when possible.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, natural aging of the leather, or cosmetic changes that occur through use. These elements are expected and embraced as part of owning a handcrafted leather bag.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty repairs.

Outside of the warranty period, we’re still happy to help assess repair options whenever possible.
