RETURNS
We use the finest quality full-grain leather. It is the most genuine of leathers, retaining all of the hide’s original texture and markings while being the strongest and most durable layer. Variations and character markings that are inherent to the natural leather are to be expected.
We are happy to accept returns for merchandise purchased on TAHBAGS.com that are unworn, with tags still attached within 14 days of delivery.
Items marked ‘Final Sale’ and Sample Styles are final sale and cannot be returned.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5-7 days of our receiving the returned order. Please contact a customer service representative at contact@tahbags.com to initiate the return process.
For international returns, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from total.
